This is not a new idea.
For quite a long time there was a website called Transmogrifier.org that already provided this service. AND it was not case sensitive.
Unfortunately it was taken down by "The Man." :( I cried about it and even sent the author a letter of regret and consolation. You can still visit the site and look at what was left of something awesome.
