I remember the Filmation cartoon when it came out. I thought it was some strange stuff. It's cool to see its corny roots back go back a bit further. So the "Real Ghostbusters" cartoon wasn't actually the "original" ghostbusters.

"...serves as a way to transport water from Iran’s mountain region to less arid land several kilometres away"
Wouldn't transporting water to "more arid land" make more sense?

I don't think it's the worst thing the world. It probably didn't cause the cat much pain or undue risk. That said, I do find it interesting that the owner (who, for the record, is probably an idiot) calls putting an ancient image on a cat something "new and different." The art is not exactly new, though I suppose putting on a cat is different.

Kev, the Bible? For real? Sigh...
As for this Democrat... Oh man, just another invasion of the nanny state. The government keeps trying to tell us what's good for us... smoking bans in privately owned bars / restaurants, trans fats bans, fast food restaurant location restrictions, and now this.
People said Bush was an enemy of civil liberties - poppycock, I say! The most insidious attack on our civil liberties is going to come disguised as people "looking out for the safety and interest of the public!" And we want to let these people run our health care system?
