how would "waste" be defined? what is the right use of time? Why should it be everyones duty to write books, make inventions, paint the next mona lisa in their free time?

Most people have to work, so procrastination is perfectly valid, and if theres something coming out of it like lolcats or some silly youtube vids for the lulz then so be it, it IS better then the passive zombie like TV society of past decades.
