the last time i heard about something like this was around in jr high or high school. the individual sued the lawnmower company because there wasn't a warning on the lawnmower itself against trimming hedges and bushes.
they should have wrote about the swastika. the swastika is a culturally universal symbol of peace and love, and has been used literally by every society in history for this purpose. This single exception is the brief period where the Nazis attempted to tarnish it and twist it to their purposes.
i've come to the conclusion that everyone between the age of 19 and 30 is a hipster these days. the only people who aren't are those that don't listen to some form of underground music- but the term "underground" is very subjective. i think this is why hipsters get in fights. over how underground and thusly original the other is.
i'm so happy to read a semi-extensive and fun article on my favorite artist of all time! one silly thing i've read about him was, "Dali spoke many? languages and had a tendency to blend them together that is why he created the phone with a lobster as the receiver. He said that would be a better phone to bring to him since he could not understand other people at least the lobster could chew on his ear to give him some entertainment."
WOW! What a way to start the morning than to find this post! I got these things once or twice back when I was in late elementary school (i'm 24 now!) as a stocking stuffer from my mom. I can't believe it's not only still around but that so many other people have had the pleasure of experiencing the wonderfulness of this candy!
