Ive been to the Keukenhof. It's really pretty, but it's sooooo extremely busy (think theme parks- or christmas sale - busy) So it's really hard to take nice pictures without 32840923849348 tourists walking on front of the object you're trying to capture.

I agree with Attilla: Looks more like stalagtites. Commonly found in caves and old cellars and such.
