I get confused about tipping delivery drivers. Often the store charges a delivery charge, like $2.50 or more. Does that go to the driver? I assume so, because if it doesn't then that is sort of ridiculous. And if that is the case, I assume I can tip less because the driver is already getting $2.50, right?
This seems faulty. It limits the survey to only people who use Twitter, and gives more weight to those who use it a lot. This focuses mostly on a certain demographic and ignores the rest.
New Yorkers: we get it, yes we do. you are superior to us non-new yorkers in every way. you not only should have your own lanes to walk in in NYC, but in other cities too. Then you can faster get to more places that are inferior to the corresponding place in NYC.
twoeightnine- thanks for the calculation, makes sense.
I'm now curious about the Guinness standards regarding the maximum height of the pancakes being stacked. To my mind, if there are no specific requirements regarding height or diameter or the individual pancakes, the record of 30in. could be easily broken.
Those don't look like "American" style pancakes, but rather more like what in the States we might call "Swedish" pancakes. I say this because 672 of the American ones would stack much much higher than 30in.
Oh I know, a total loser.
