Why was the italian institute measuring in feet not metres? ( i know it's a joke)
interstingly there was some study that cats falling from a certain height of buildings almost always died, but higher say 7 stories survived, as they had enough time to try to slow dwn and prepare for landing.. or something.
whilst lightweigh seedum roofing (with root bariers an isolation layers like on a building roof - jeffos)are pretty skinny and weigh around 20kg / m2 it's still half a ton that the bus needs to accelerate every time it starts.
plus it would probably screw with the bus cleaning regime
y 1992 Hugh laurie was of course very famous in the UK at least for his 'bit of fry and laurie' and jeeves and wooster stuff.. thsi was more of a cameo role rather than 'before they were famous'
