Actually, in number 13, hurricane Katrina brushed past New Orleans, the major damage to New Orleans was flood walls failing after the hurricane made landfall in Mississppi/Louisiana border. Actual major damage from the hurricane was along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, not in New Orleans. If the hurricane actually hit New Orleans, the damage there would have been much worse.
