michaelb1, it's not heat that is rising but less dense material. If a material were to contract when heated and become more dense (a few do) then it would sink.
Ok, I see how they do it. They freeze it and then take out the ice that freezes first, which is water rich. They do this a few times and the alcohol content increases dramatically.

You have to process it past the point where the liquid is beer.
If the alcohol goes past about 12%, the yeast dies. You have to have a second or third fermentation by adding sugar and a different kind of yeast and then it's more properly called barley wine.
Go any farther than that, and you probably are using distilled spirits and just adding it to your beer or barley wine and then you've got just plain liquor.
Obviously it's censorship by definition. And what if his shirt said Jews are evil? Everyone in the school is practically forced to buy a yearbook and if they are forced to pay for something they feel is quite offensive, then they have a right to complain and the yearbook staff has a right to ask the school debate club to line up for another photo. I don't like the decision, but the school has authority over the production of the yearbook.
