Really, Google? You let Microsoft beat you to this idea? You're slacking, bro, you're slacking.

I am doing my laundry right now and I have a huge disorganized pile of clothes in the middle of my room. That pile looks more attractive that this "house." It looks ridiculous, it's like a bunch of matchboxes stacked together. And the $1b? That's just sad.

Aw damn I wish I was still in H.S. I could have made this in my machining class. Balls, just balls. It looks fun to make.

I would love to write a book about this it seems like such an interesting idea. The Giver meets 1984

I really hope he does it. Graham-Cumming was the same guy who got the British government to apologize for their mistreatment of Alan Turing so I hope this is another success of his.

Wait it was killed using a vaccine and not homeopathy? Weird, you'd expect it to be the other way around.

You'll be buying your PC at the MicroStation with the help of Micronauts :) The station will be mostly white (to copy Apple) but with chrome added (to look cooler) and the Micronauts will wear some stylish white astronaut overalls.

This is a great idea. It looks like there's support for the door about half way between the upper edge and the lower edge which meets the lower half of the door. It looks like the door will provide a good amount of cover from falling debris which would then tip over the edge or slide down.

"Superglue" is most definitely NOT a medical item. Yea, it can be used to seal a laceration but here's the thing: Not all superglues are appropriate for medical use (some can contain irritants and other harmful chemicals) but best of all is that adhesives (similar to certain superglue brands) are sold specifically to be used for medical purposes. So that's what you should put in your medicinal cabinet. Krazy Glue and all that other stuff with the rest of your tools, SurgiSeal inside your first-aid kit.
But even if you're using Krazy Glue to seal a wound, keep it next to your tools. You're right in that it's foolish that it would be somewhere where it can be mistaken for eye medication.

"This will do for clowns what Jaws did for sharks."
Haha this article is full of hilarious lines. I'm wondering how they feel about the movie Killer Clowns from Outer Space. Those clowns are from space, but they are still clowns. So are Earth clowns offended by that movie?

Randi is correct. I tend to have two separate areas, one for medical stuff and the other for mechanical stuff since, you know, they don't naturally go together.
Like, for example, my caulk is NOT in the medicine cabinet and I definitely don't keep my WD4 there. At the same time, I DON'T keep my advil next to my wrenches, and my hydrogen peroxide is not next to my soldering iron. I think it's a pretty simple concept.

Yea I grow my own crops as well--cucumbers, a lot of peppers, peaches, and corn. Neither taste better than the commercial stuff, well aside from the peaches but only because they are generally fresher. I've gotten some wonderful peaches from the supermarket before, though. There is no difference in taste. This is basically a fact. There have been tests--dozens--both scientifically and even on Penn & Teller's show "BS."
Nutritionally, the difference is marginal and get this, sometimes the advantage goes to the non-organic produce. *GASP* But again it's such a minuscule difference.
And it's great when people say they eat organically because there are no pesticides in organic food. Well, just wait until they find out that they DO use pesticides and fertilizers in organic food, only difference is that the stuff is "natural" and well all know that anything natural is better, right? As opposed to going with something synthetic which has been tested millions of times and which is designed specifically to be better for the environment than a natural pesticide or fertilizer.
But hey, the only people laughing are the people who produce the organic food. Mostly because they're the same corporations that sell non-organic produce. Those people have the best business sense..

HEY GUYS! I love chocolate! Therefore my cat must love chocolate as well! HAHA! I'm gonna feed it a bar of Hershey's today. Humans eat it, so why can't cats?
Oh and yes I realize that cats are naturally omnivores which rely on a mostly carnivorous diet to function properly. BUT GUESS WHAT! I'm a vegan so my cat MUST be a vegan as well! HAHA! EFF NATURE BRO!
(Note: both chocolate and a vegan diet are **HARMFUL** to cats)

But anyway, being on the menu is probably the best thing to happen to lions as a species in a long time. Should it be successful, their numbers will probably increase dramatically and more attention will be given to their conservation in Africa.
