Some people enjoy observing the little absurdities of life that create unintentional amusement. Even if the humor is based upon contextual perceptions (such as something in one language sounding humorous in another). In fact, such humor is not only amusing, but reminds us that all people have the inability to percieve things from every angle (or things like 'funny signs' or Leno's 'headlines' would never happen).
That being said, I say to continue with such things. It doesn't make you stupid to enjoy, as long are you aren't doing it out of hate.

Hatred and stupidity are bad. You know, such things as using random vulgarity, and throwing unbased insults at people, just because they are contributing something to a blog that you might not like.

Quite surreal, i think. I giant version of a mini lego toy, washing up on Dutch beach, with a broken english saying staped across its chest, seeming to proclaim something about the uncertainty of our existance.

Hrmm...

It irritates me when people boast about how much they don't go to Starbucks, or how they only order 'normal' coffee and refused to use the word 'grande'. I just don't feel the need to justify my 'individuality' via my coffee practices.
Starbucks is often a convient choice and carries beverages that are tasty and caffinated. Why is this a big deal?

On the other hand, when the stabucks employees act idiotic about things (like not knowing what a 'small' is), that's pretty darn annoying. But employees like that are probably just annoying people in all aspects of life. I hate it when people just refuse to think 'just a little bit' outside of their own definitions to try to figure out what someone else is communicating. rrggg..

ok, sorry for the rant. :P

I don't want an iPhone. But.... the concept of someone having that much control over me creeps me out. I mean, what if they broke up? What if she died and he wanted to have kids with some he'd meet years later? I'll remain unmarried before I marry someone who puts conditions (surgical conditions, nonetheless) on what gadget I can buy or not. It not a matter of manliness or whatever, its a matter of creepy controling-ness.

Thanks 'GeekAlerts'. :)

Although, it is sort of funny in a dark-humor kind of way, that just below this announcment of death (and under the add, of course), is this:

"New here? More *fun stuff* at homepage. If you like this post, please consider:.."

FUN stuff?! oi!

Yeah, this is news. People like him. But is it really "neat" ? I come to this blog to see funny, strange, interesting, etc... stuff. Being told people die isn't really all that neat to me (Unless, I guess, it's a strange story, like a Darwin award exerpt, or some guy who survived 15 lightning strikes in 1 year dies by slipping on spilled suntan lotion).

Forgive me if I sound crazy here. I just dont think 'normal' (or even celebrity) obituary notices are fit for 'neat-o-rama'.

Perhaps the ancient Egptians were on to something?

Lets get the cat memes out of our systems:
Im in ur lap, reapin' ur solz.
I r serious reaper, this r serious work.

If belief is the 'power source' that gives a entity concept it's divinity, then Homer deserves to be there much more than this generic penis-warrior.

The age of something doesn't validate it (there are so many example of 'bad ideas' that are perpetuated today because 'its tradition!'). Ths consensus of humanity is much more powerful.

I wonder if this would work in a kitty litter box? It seems to depend on water, but a product that kept cat litter box smell contained would be great. no matter what product exists, the smell seems to waft out of the little closet :(
