"I, Madman" and "Donnie Darko" had a twist on AIYH...but a great film that fits is "Una pura formalità". All three I enjoyed.

GOD help her. I just want to see Mr. Ciptak's co-workers faces when his wife tells them, "He wanted you to have this" and hands them a milk jug full of blood.
