You guys should check out their whole website. The "drunken buffoons, who steal them to put on their refrigerators" are doing no such thing. The cups are plastic disposables intended for one use only.
I managed a concession stand at my local arena for about ten years. One of the biggest problems with beer service is teaching the cashiers how to draw a decent beer. This product seems to have licked most of the problems with minimal foaming and portion control that we experienced with the traditional tap systems.
As for the cost: It is a bit high. 16-20 oz clear Solo beer cups run about 5-7 cents each. Specially imprinted cups usually cost about 10-15 cents each. But the extra cost can be justified and most likely underwritten by sponsors as advertising.
I remember him. He used to be on display with the asphalt woman. My kids, who were four when we first visited the Smithsonian thought the two were pretty cool. They were more creeped out by the manikins displaying native clothing. Kid logic: They saw animal skeletons and Stuffed animals. Then they saw human skeletons and "stuffed humans."
I understand Soapman and Asphalt woman are no longer on display.
This same issue has happened almost too many times to count.
Several years ago, an African American "scholar" published his version: "The adventures of Huck Finn, Adapted." I doubt it stayed in print. He "adapted" the book so everyone could read about Huck and Tom's "silly adventures" without getting offended.
This, too shall pass. And Twain will continue to be the most banned American author in the United States.
But there is a cheating question. The fluid later called Pepsi may have existed before Coke. But Coca-Cola is older. "Brads Drink" did not become Pepsi until 17 years later.
These guys have NO clue what they are talking about. If that hand cannon had percussion nipples installed it had to be after 1830. And it it is an original piece, 75 grains of black powder with a projectile could have provided enough force to blow a valuable artifact to pieces. Especially if they're bashing it against a hard surface while they're firing it. Medieval Iron can be pretty brittle.
