I'm glad to see this decision, but I certainly don't want them to leave it as that. It's important to note that D.C. can still use other methods to restrict, rather than ban guns altogether. It's not hard to imagine a few laws that would effectively restrict access to guns in such a manner that would make it very difficult to own one. This is not quite the same thing as a wild west mentality.
