To those calling this old: You realize this is ten year's worth of photos, right? Which means they started ten years ago, right? Which means it predates ALL those videos of people taking pictures of themselves for a year, right? THINK before posting.
IMO, it seems like the door is more for protection from falling stuff (books, ceiling tiles, picture frames, etc.) rather than building debris. In the event that chunks of building come crashing down, neither the concept door nor the classic door frame will be much protection.
