I wonder. If parents quit freaking out about "bad words," do you think we could finally stop bleeping television shows and editing movies and generally behaving like idiots over certain arrangements of letters? Just the idea that certain words, no matter what idea they are expressing, are inherently bad is inexplicable to me.
