Who encourages their kids to do wheelies?
That would be parents who want their kids to live a little and have some fun. Doing wheelies is probably safer than a lot of things parents traditionally encourage their kids to do, like playing contact sports for example. Lame, killjoy parents seem to have a real problem distinguishing real danger from perceived danger that has more to do with personal prejudice. I never did more than get a little gravel rash doing stunts on my bike or skateboard - on the other hand I broke bones playing rugby. Guess which of those my parents encouraged me to do.

@Humos that Wikipedia link is not entirely accurate (well, duh). Birch sap isn't used generally for flavouring wine as such, it's been used for centuries to make fermented drinks (not strictly wine) for centuries.

His PERSONAL catch phrase? It's hardly his personal catch phrase is it? It's been used before. I think it's most famous usage being in the Wizard of Oz which kind or predates old George's use of it.

The problem with most of these things is that half the words are out of fashion by the time they are published and the other half are specific to certain regions. So a word used in a particular context may have a totally different meaning one city away.

Hey Mr Cameron, you've shown you have the mental facility of your namesake in number 10.
There are two reasons this wouldn't harm "the Italians"; firstly he bought the car, what do "the Italians" care if he decides to trash the car once he's paid for it; secondly Lamborghini are part of VAG and therefore German.
Way to analyze.

@Caliche, has it not occurred to you that a man who would buy a Lambo can't possibly be a communist?

Just wait until the Chinese decide they want to play. They'll make everything that's gone before look like a garden shed.
Face it guys. The game's moved on and you're not players anymore.
