So that's how TSA does it. Thing is, you're no longer allowed to lock a suitcase. There are warnings at airports that TSA will cut the locks to inspect luggage.
Too, too many years ago I had to have a bike license in Manitoba; cost $1. It came in handy when my bike was stolen and the cops could call to tell me they recovered it.
