I used to work a 4 days on (10 hours), 4 days off schedule. There were nice things about it, but productivity really does drop off after about 7 hours.
Hi there. I do use Axe soap and deodorant spray, I am happily married, approaching 40, and not a sexist jerkwad. I like the scent of most of the varieties I've tried. The marketing is silly and sexist, but so is the marketing for Old Spice, Irish Spring, and probably other stuff as well.
My advice: don't try to compete with "cool" guys on their own terms.
As a geek guy, chances are pretty good you'd be happier with a geek girl, or at least a geek-appreciating girl, who (A) lets you be who you are without pretense and (B) shares some of your interests.
I do agree with the general sentiment that you need to be comfortable with who you are, though. Consider also that a lot of seemingly confident, cool, relaxed guys are completely putting on a show and are just as insecure as you are, they just have a different way of dealing with it. And they're more boring, too.

Clean, drinkable water is a finite resource in some areas of the world. Globally though, we're probably not going to run out of water before we're screwed by something else.
The other thing about blue glasses is, I believe, they're supposed to be helpful for certain types of photosensitivity. And they do look good on some people.

I don't know if St. Louis is really the 10th most miserable city in the US, but this year has so far ranked among the 10 most miserable years of my life, so maybe so. :P

Z-Force, later called Flashback ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flashback_(roller_coaster) ) was brain-bending too.
