The guy spent $50 for the whole year. Parts of the costumes were re-used for other costumes and neighbors lent him ideas and materials. Kids would walk blocks to be picked up early and see "The Wave" and the son is fine with it. I think he is hilarious, my wife and I got a good laugh out of it.
