I guess I was just really hoping you were being ironic, I didn't really think of North Korea as an option because they aren't some engineered spectacle of absurd efficiency (not too many modern cities are comparable, because we don't have simcity3000 technology yet).
It sortof reminds me of a city that would be in "Brave New World", an engineered police state with total control of it's citizens. Most of that video weirded me out, all the small details that guy had to comprehend about the whole game.
