I'm going to be lambasted for this but my brain wasn't able to find the fascination over this film. I understand it did things before anyone else did, but that didn't stop me from being bored to death watching it.

At the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, it was called Ooblek as well, but they pitched it as a non-Newtonian liquid. I had to explain to a few kids what that meant, I don't think the presenters were doing a fair representation.
