Anyone who use the two-handed release technique for anything but fun is cheating at the game! if you are not doing well at the one hand release practice. if it still doesn't work for you try throwing a back-up ball or a straight ball. I threw a 294 game during cosmic bowl using the one-handed release and i am only 17!
