It's just bowling. It's boring as hell to watch. No wonder no on cares.

Why is it that it's socially acceptable to brand very young children as Christians or Jews or Muslims? If I were to go around and tell people that my toddler is a socialist/a member of PETA/a firm believer in corportal punishment I'm sure people would look at me like I was crazy.

I don't like Star Wars myself, but the photo with the AT-AT (or whatever it's called) shrouded in mist or dust with the traffic cones was pretty cool.

Yes, because then everyone would just comment on being able to see your nipples. Support and shape are not the only reasons for wearing bras!
Also, I can't see this thing being able to stand up to the power of gravity very well.

I can still read the names under half of them! Bad coverup is bad. I think only the "void" and "slut" ones are somewhat acceptable, but only because they're funny.
Reminds me vaguely of my best friend's dad's tattoo. He had a Pink Panther going all Captain Morgan on a toolbox with a wrench in one hand. For some reason he later decided to change it; the wrench became a Native American flute with feathers and the panther was now wearing a chieftain's headdress. I don't remember if the toolbox was changed, but it was the most godawful tattoo I've ever seen.
Another set of friends had each other's online personas tattooed on their arms. They broke up about a year or so later and it still makes me laugh. Only one of them bothered inking over theirs to modify it, although it still looks like it was drawn by a toddler in MS Paint.

@Joe
I lol'ed.
And yes, looks legit. The knees are bending too low for it to be a person in a costume.

It's quite possible that the dog is performing a fear reaction because it's actually afraid, but it's also possible the dog just taught itself a trick. "Oh wow, people like that when I make my scared-face? Well, okay... humans sure are weird." Dogs are pretty smart, and will do things they associate with rewards.

What "stunning advancements in 3-D technology"?
It looks like a gooddamned cardboard cutout or a popup book. I was annoyed twofold because my boyfriend looked so unsexy with 3D glasses and it made wearing our normal glasses underneath a tad annoying.
If you want to offer a movie in 3D, go for it. But don't make it the only way to see it. It doesn't actually improve the viewing experience at all.

The fact that it's lopsided just further adds to the "lol" effect.

Cheating celebrities are not cool or funny, they are as amusing and ordinary as rain.

Alex! I'm surprised at you; that was a very sexist comment.

I'm going to get hate mail for saying this, but I do not trust women with this at all. We can be rather petty sometimes, and I would expect that it would take all of a few hours before someone goes all nutso on a male they've felt wronged by. It's not that guys are all innocent, but there's far too much room for inappropriate use here.
If it's easy to see, rapists will just fish it out and keep going. If it's hard to see, you can easily be really mean to someone who doesn't deserve it.
If it does perform as intended, you've just made someone -really, really angry-. He is going to kick the living daylights out of you if not kill you. It's not like it cuts it off or anything; pinching and scratching are not enough to make someone curl up on the floor and cry.

Remind me again why we keep doing this? It's not like teaching a whale to balance a ball on its nose acually counts as conservation or education anymore.
If you really wanted to try to preserve a rare species in a captive enivronment, there are a lot of ways to mimic a natural setting while avoiding human contact. Better for the animal, better for the keepers.
