I'm familiar with this. Corny or cornball was my childhood nickname. not my fault though, I inherited Cornelius for a last name. by the way, the original Cornelius was a roman general who offered to adopt any legionnaires that finished their stint in the Roman army so they would be official Roman citizens. That was a big deal then sort of like becoming a 1%er. My regards to all you other Cornballs: Nos sunt verisimile non distant cognati. :)
you mean they're actually considering mechanical pollination instead of pesticide control?? Bees are far more reliable and will also pollinate millions of other flowers that each have the potential to make some genetics company rich so long as they're not forced into extinction by pesticide companies. No way. Viva antifa.
Common sense is by definition "common". That being widespread, intrinsic, objective and recognized by everyone. What these people are discussing is personal subjective opinion, which is always debatable, that is: UNCOMMON sense, or else it would be recognized by all parties. I hope that's obvious.
butterfly/moth caterpillars have a small gland on the back of their head that controles their pupation timing and rate of growth. if it's removed or damaged, they can become huge. usually they die before emerging but sometimes the resulting moth is huge. (I never tried it and I don't have a link)
