A TikToker from Scotland was claiming these types foods were a scottish invention but I'm pretty sure they were made right here in the USA and replicated other places.
I agree it was the product we didn't ask for that we really didn't need. Sure it felt like it was from the future but it's that 1950s view of the future where tech is just gadgets that let us keep living like it's the 50s.
It's interesting to think of how huge it is but then also of how small many of these video game worlds are. Designers use a lot of tricks to make places feel huge while also being small.
It's interesting but I suspect you'd get a different effect and perhaps it would be more engaging. I think maybe if he was spinning in the first video the juggling would look more impressive.
