It looks like the turtle was born with a version of Cyclopia, a rare genetic disorder that prevents the front of the brain and skull from splitting. It can be caused by a mother ingesting the American Corn Lily during pregnancy. A drug refined from the corn lily is currently being investigated as an anti-cancer agent.

I leave my WiFi unsecured specifically so that my neighbors can use it in a pinch. If the WiFi is unsecured then I don't think it can be construed as stealing. If that was the case then half of the cafes that I go to are dealing stolen WiFi.
