"Oshoi" is just a word repeated for encouragement of sorts. Like "heave ho."
"Mai" is front, "hidari" is left, "migi" is right, "oshiro" is backwards, "gyaku" is diagonal, usually backwards, and I cna't make out what they're saying when they lift the thing.
