Oh do I ever know where this picture comes from. This is my daughter, taken at 3mos of age. I took this picture and sent to Thinkgeek. It made photo of the month for July 2010, and has been used in their catalog alongside the Doctor 11 sonic ever since. This picture has been reposted almost /everywhere/ that a Doctor Who related image is posted.
She is now 19 months old, and has a complete wardrobe of Doctor Who costumes; http://saucepls.info/A/9d/doctor_goo.jpg (a composite of all 11) As well as a "Pandorica" River Song, and a Madame De Pompadour. ( http://saucepls.info/A/9e/valentine_de_pompadour.jpg )

Additionally, she met Peter Davidson at Gallifrey One ( http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5097/5463895021_6803c72a6a_z.jpg) , and has been on National TV in a clip on the Craig Ferguson Show. (I can be seen behind her, ready to "be dad" in case she freaks out)
