Well, it is pretty obvious that the jam is with it so it is hip. It is moving inside the jar in sort of a hop up and down.

That would lead me to conclude that we have here can only be a Def Jam.

Knut kind of turned into a psychopath at the end. He was all cute as a cub but polar bears aren't meant to be raised by humans. He couldn't interact with other bears very well and was too dependent on people. There really wasn't much that could be done with him. It is a bit of a kindness that he died really otherwise he would have attacked a keeper eventually and had to have been put down.
