Looking in Swedish, I got some horrible results:

kvinnan ska tiga i församlingen (the woman should be silent in church)
kvinnan ska behaga mannen (the woman should please the man)
kvinnan ska underordna sig mannen (the woman should be subservient to men)
kvinnan ska stå i köket (women should stay in the kitchen)

I didn't expect that. It certainly doesn't represent many people's opinions, as far as I know.

but some results poke out:

kvinnor ska stå i köket (women should stay in the kitchen)
kvinnor ska lyda (women should obey)
kvinnor ska ha högre lön (women should have higher salaries)
kvinnor ska inte köra bil (women shouldn't drive)

and looking in english some of them were quite unexpected:

men should always pray
men should not get married
men should wear makeup
men should be what they seem

boys should be boys
boys should know
boys should wear bras
boys should wear dresses

...but why would you use this as search phrases?

Dang. I thought it wasn't that bad. "I program servers" -> "I program internet servers", "I manage networks" -> "I manage internet networks"...

But actually, these days I program gyro-stabilized satellite antennas for internet, over the internet...? I think it still sounds cool, but maybe I'm delusional. :(

Most dog "seat belts" can only handle very small (<20lbs) dogs. I had a golden retriever jump out of the car, snapping the seat belt...

As long as the dog rides reasonably safe and comfortable - as in the back of a station wagon, behind the seatbelt, with or without a cage - and not slamming around on the bed of a pickup, I don't see a big problem. It's not certain that a seatbelt would be better for the dog than in the back of the car.

But if you want your dog to ride shotgun or in the backseat, then a seatbelt might be in place.

As long as it's not an inconvenience for women to sit somewhere else, it should be fine. For instance, if they can enter and leave the bus through a door near the seat. (I don't know how that bus works - in Wien for instance, you don't have to pass the driver to use a bus. In Stockholm you have to pass the driver, so sitting far from the driver could be counted as inconvenience and if you're forced to do that, it would be discrimination.)

Otherwise it would be discrimination that we separate genders for for instance changing rooms. (Is it? If one of them are better than the other, is it discrimination?)
