Ooooo, yes. It is true they did work in the Chicago toll booths at one time, at least in the early 1990s they did. A friend tried it to test the rumor and the little arm flipped right up.

I live in Boulder, Colorado. Where we are never called "owners" of a dog, cat, etc. We are officially "guardians" on the law books. :P
