This looks to be a fake. Aluminum bar stock handles riveted on the turn of the century hatchet (I have one just like it) where the wood should be, the Tandy Leather rawhide mallet with screws, just like you can buy today, the modern skinning knife with the rainbow wood (stained plywood) handle (no older than the 1980's) and other things all make this a bad forgery. Most of these items aren't even close to Victorian.
