I recently went to the Center for Puppetry Arts. The wing isn't open yet, but they have a series of long-term displays on exhibit about Jim Henson. Henson has long been a hero of mine, so just going was an emotional experience for me. But then I saw one of the original Rowlfs on display. I saw that a lot of his fur was worn off from how often he'd been used, and I just broke down and weeped like a baby. I'm, like, gettin' all misty just typing about it. If anyone is in the Atlanta area, I'd highly recommend going and checking it out.
