Finagle and Randi - If you look closely, you can see the pie crusts. The top and bottom pies are baked in white cake, while the middle pie is baked in chocolate cake. The light brown between the layers of white and chocolate cake? THAT's the icing! It REALLY IS three pies baked in three cakes, then stacked and iced. Amazing concept, but I confess: it looks disgusting! I would NEVER even WANT to eat this monstrosity! Kind of like eating carnival food. Who would even want to eat a fried candy bar or - worse - fried butter on a stick! Yuck! Heart-attack waiting to happen. This cake/pie thing? Heart-attack AND diabetic coma!
