This woman IS to blame. Just because the dog wasn't what she THOUGHT it was - it shouldn't have mattered. Just look at that sweet face. Would you abandon an adopted child at a train station because it was uglier than you thought it would be? People go to prison for that type of thing. On of the many things that is wrong with this world today...
