Raccoon Wants to Befriend Cats

Sima the raccoon just wants to fit in. He is the only raccoon in the family, and he has to deal with humans, cats, and dogs. The cats seem the closest to what he'd want in a companion, but they aren't too happy with his un-catlike overtures. They won't let Sima forget that he's the oddball of the household. The language you hear is Russian, so this might be in Ukraine, where raccoons are becoming more common. -via Boing Boing

Great piece Eddie. One interesting item was the strange, bizarre audio piece that the guys decided to put on the very end of the 2nd side of the British release of the vinyl record. It was a weird clip of nonsense that played when the needle stuck in the groove where the record players with auto arm returns would return the needle back to the arm rest. If you didn't have the auto return, you got to hear the clip. If you had the return you wouldn't and would never know about it. Just another clever John & Paul idea. It was not on the U.S. release for some reason but it is on the CD. I read somewhere that when played backwards, the clips sound like the guys singing "We f_ _k like Supermen". I don't think it does personally.

That's a great behind-the-scenes photo from the cover shoot. Paul and George wait impatiently while John smokes a cigarette and Ringo drinks ... perfume?
