Eagles Steals Camera
Hello hello! Is this thing on?
The motion-sensor camera trap was set up in May to catch freshwater crocodiles in Western Australia's Kimberley National Parks. It disappeared soon afterward. Was it stolen or eaten? Months later, someone found it seventy miles away from its original location! The camera was returned to the park rangers with its memory intact. The recorded images tell the story of what happened.
The sea eagle was probably disappointed that he couldn't crack open his found treasure and eat it, so he did what most people would do -he took a selfie.
Rangers say that after this incident, they will bolt their camera traps down. -via Tastefully Offensive
