Last September, we brought you the story of Obie, the dachshund who weighed 77 pounds. After his elderly owners could no longer care for him, was entrusted to Nora Vanatta, who designed a program to help Obie get healthy. Nine months later, Obie weighs a svelte 29.8 pounds!
