Pig Snout Sandwich

What, you didn't think that they'd just throw the snout away, did you? Aside from the feet, that's the tastiest part of the pig! The Tenderloin Grill in Kansas City, Missouri offers this delicacy. According to the menu, it costs $3.99. It comes with hot sauce, as any pork sandwich should.

You can find dried pig snouts (with the little nostril holes) in the pet stores. They are for dogs to chew on.
I cannot describe the feeling I get imagining myself stepping on one of these, cold still wet from being chewed by a dog, first thing in the morning.
On the other hand, I have suggested that they might be good for babies to chew on when teething.

I first encountered the famous 'pig snout'-sandwich in the movie "hot shots part deux"... when the colonel eats such a sandwich during topper harley's fighting scene...
I could never forget the scene ....
