He doesn't use it, but in an alternate timeline, Biff Tannen does. An infographic (excerpt above) from NFL Injury argues that the scheme wouldn't be profitable for several reasons.

Not true IF you don’t bet too much… I tried it and I won some money.. yeah I’m not rich but I can have some extra money now… It’s not 100% sure, I know, but there surely is a high chance of winning.All you have to do is to be patience and just play with low bets,trust me..So best of luck!
