The Mona Lisa on the left is by Murdock Scott. I'm not sure who's responsible for the Klingon variation.
Now before you get worried about Miss Mona's safety: yes, she's wearing a red uniform. But females red shirts tend to be more durable, provided they can avoid Captain Kirk's roving hands.
