If Grand Theft Auto V Were Made In The 80s

Even though one of the Grand Theft Auto games (Vice City) is set in the 80s, the franchise itself was nothing more than a glimmer in the eye of a game designer when disco pac-man was busy playing with rubik’s cube while he tried to escape the wrath of Donkey Kong and the A-Team, but if GTA V had come out in the 80s it probably would have looked a lot like this animated short by MajamiHiroz.

This pixelated re-imagining of GTA V reveals what the popular criminal simulation game would have looked like if it had been released for the Commodore 64, and the rockin' 8-bit soundtrack really adds to the experience!
