Woman Gives Birth While Driving
Now this woman can really multitask.
Amanda McBride worked her usual shift in the morning. She left work early because she started to feel some discomfort. She drove home, picked up her partner and started to drive them both to the hospital. On the way to the hospital little Joseph Dominick Phillips was born in his Mommy's car. After she had the baby she decided to continue driving to the hospital since waiting for the paramedics would likely have taken just as long or longer.

After she had the baby she decided to continue driving to the hospital since waiting for the paramedics would likely have taken just as long or longer.
Amanda drove the 2005 red Chevrolet Cobalt because Phillips suffers seizures.
“It wasn’t really that bad,” Amanda said of the labor pains.
At about Wilton, her water broke.
“She yelled at me to grab the wheel,” Phillips said. “And then, all of a sudden, I heard this little waaa (cry).”
