A little owl running around the park hooting and howling with laughter gave people something to smile about on Halloween in 2009.
He's only two years old, and he doesn't like to wear masks or constricting costumes, so his mom made him this crafty little getup so he could get out there and stretch his wings!
Isn't this cute little owl costume a hoot?!
