Here in southern California surfing is a year-round sport, with warm waters to greet you even in the middle of winter. Surf culture is huge, and some people don't want to bother changing into their wetsuit before hitting a tasty curl, so they can be seen surfing in their Halloween costumes!

Rich Ferguson, the guy behind the Head Drop Trick we posted a while ago (Link) is back, and this time he's making people believe that his head fell off while riding on an elevator.
Some people have a hard time riding on elevators because of issues with confined spaces, but after riding with Rich the people in this video are probably going to start taking the stairs!

This cute little washing machine girl was very proud of her amazing costume, which won her first prize in a costume contest, until people started asking her to wash their socks and underwear for them, then the whole thing kind of lost its flavor...
Alvin and the Chipmunks used to be cool, with many hit records and a very popular animated TV show, and then they made some atrocious CGI movies where the boys used hip lingo and rapped.
Well kiddies, the Chipmunks are still cool, and to prove it here's their Halloween special collection full of cartoon chipmunk fun! At over an hour in length, this is one Halloween cartoon show that will do wonders for the reputation of Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
A Doctor Who fan was inspired to create this TARDIS themed jack-o-lantern for Halloween, and they were relieved to find that when it came time to scoop out the seeds and guts it was NOT bigger on the inside!
All this TARDIS pumpkin is missing is a little bitty Doctor peeking out of the door to see what century he's just landed in.

Ghostwatch was a program created by the BBC in 1992 that supposedly showed a live broadcast from a haunted house, but the whole thing turned out to be a fake.
However, the fact that Ghostwatch delivered the scares in a documentary format, going so far as to claim that a poltergeist had possessed a member of the cast, caused a lot of mental trauma to the viewers.
Guess we know why there are so many disclaimers before TV shows nowadays- people will believe anything!
The best Skeksis costume we've ever seen inspired the greatest Dark Crystal inspired prank ever- YouTuber Augsburgdie1530 asked his buddy to get him something out of the closet, and the guy found himself face-to-face with a real life Skeksis which scared him half to death.
Hopefully this prank isn't the only reason he created such an amazing costume!

Show the world you truly appreciate fine art by dressing up like- this guy?! Okay, dressing up like Louis XIV may be a bit much, but the concept is sound- find one of your favorite pieces of art and create a Halloween costume based on it.
Whether you just use the color palette and textures found in the painting, or you actually dress up like the subject, art can be a great source of inspiration, and will help you avoid showing up at the party wearing the same costume as someone else.
