Considering we've had covid in the news cycle for almost a year, I don't think "people not knowing" is the issue. Do criminals stop doing what they do after being informed? If I bother you in public with a grim reaper outfit, you gonna stop smoking cigarettes or getting tattoos or drinking alcohol or eating poorly or doing a bad job at work? Also the Grim Reaper outfit seems incredibly insensitive to the people who have lost loved ones to Covid. It's Karen-level bothering people.

This is kinda old news wasn't this happening back in May when people kept trying to open the Beaches in Florida? I think it was relevant then becasue people still weren't (I guess they still aren't) treating the virus seriously.
