However, the home is fairly contemporary and we know that it was something that evolved over a long time. Maybe it would be better to pretend this is a homeowner trying to explain the concept to an alien from another dimension. It would be pretty strange to someone who's never seen been exposed to the concept of shelter or privacy or property.
