This happened in Orlando, Florida. See, someone a long time ago bought two lots with two houses side-by-side. They demolished one house and expanded the other with a garage and a pool, which extended over the property line. But it didn't matter, since he owned both, right? The new owner of the mostly-vacant lot put up a fence on the property line, which bisects the pool of his neighbor. I get that some pronounce it real-tore, but I work with the NAR and local realtor boards and I find that either pronunciation is acceptable. Personally I think "realitor" is more common so i don't get what that comment is about
