Nasa's Euro Clipper could launch as soon as 2023 to explore the Jovian satellite Europa. During its 40 passes over the icy moon it will garner data about the moon's composition and geology, as well as attempt to determine whether there is any life in its interior ocean. The craft will carry nine instruments to probe Europa while it comes as close as 25 kilometers of the surface.
